1. Swiss nationals as well as nationals from 42 countries (see the list of countries  below)  holding valid passport shall be exempted from visa requirements for entering into Thailand for the purpose of tourism if their stay in the country does not exceed 30 days. 2. Transit Visa REQUIREMENT                                                 This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for the following purposes: to travel in transit through the Kingdom of Thailand in order to proceed to the country of destination or to re-enter his/her own country (category "TS") to participate in sports activities (sportsmen, sportswomen, etc.)(category "S") *** *** Those who are scheduled to stay in the Kingdom longer than one month ,-Immigrant Visa category "O" can be issued to them the person in charge or crew of a conveyance coming to a port, station or area in the Kingdom (category "C") DOCUMENTS REQUIRED Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months Visa application form completely filled out Recent( 4 x 6 cm.) photograph of the applicant Evidence of travel from Thailand (confirmed air ticket paid in full) Evidence of adequate finance (20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family) Visa of a third country in a passport or travel document (Category "TS") Letter of invitation stating the application's participation in sports activities in the Kingdom (Category "TS") Consular officers reserve the rights to request additional documents as deemed necessary VISA FEE 30 CHF (Visa fee may be changed without prior notice) VALIDITY OF A VISA 3 months PERIOD OF STAY Travellers coming to Thailand with this type of visa will be permitted to stay in the Kingdom for a period not exceeding 30 days. EXTENSION OF STAY Those who wish to stay longer or may wish to change their type of visa must file an application for permission at the Office of Immigration Bureau located on Soi Suan Plu, off South Sathorn Road, Bangkok 10120 , Tel 02 287-3101-10 or at http://www.immigration.go.th The extension of stay as well as the change of certain type of visa is solely at the discretion of the Immigration officer. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Nationals of certain countries are required to apply for a visa only at the Thai Embassy or Honorary Consulate-Genera/Honorary Consulate in their home/residence country or at the designated Thai Embassy. Therefore, travellers are advised to contact the nearest Thai Embassy or Honorary Consulate-General to find out where they may apply for a visa to Thailand before departure. Tourist Visa REQUIREMENT This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for the following purposes: to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for tourism purposes (category "TR") to seek a medical treatment in the Kingdom. (category "MT") DOCUMENTS REQUIRED Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months Visa application form completely filled out Recent( 4 x 6 cm.) photograph of the applicant Evidence of travel from Thailand (air ticket paid in full) Evidence of adequate finance (20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family) Letter from the hospital in Thailand, medical history, medical certificates (Category "MT") Letter of employment (if applicable) Consular officers reserve the rights to request additional documents as deemed necessary VISA FEE 40 CHF (Visa fee may be changed without prior notice) VALIDITY OF A VISA The validity of a visa is 3 months (Single Entry) 6 months(Double/Triple Entry) PERIOD OF STAY Upon arrival, travellers with this type of visa will be permitted to stay in Thailand for a period of not exceeding 60 days. Non-Immigrant Visa REQUIREMENT This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for the following purposes: to perform official duties (Category "F") to conduct business / to work (Category "B") to invest with the concurrence of the Thai Ministries and Government Departments concerned (Category "IM") to invest or perform other activities relating to investment, subject to the provision of the established laws on investment promotion (Category "IB") to study, to come on a work study tour or observation tour , to participate in projects or seminars , to attend a conference or training course , to study as a foreign Buddhist monk (Category "ED") to work as a film-producer, journalist or reporter (Category "M") to perform missionary work or other religious activities with the concurrence of the Thai Ministries or Government Departments concerned (Category "R") to conduct scientific research or training or teaching in a research institute (Category "RS") to undertake skilled work or to work as an expert or specialist (Category "EX") other activities (Category "O") as follows: to stay with the family, to perform duties for the state enterprise or social welfare organizations, to stay after retirement for the elderly, to receive medical treatment, to be a sport coach as required by Thai Government, to be a contestant or witness for the judicial process. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED a) The applicants must submit the following relevant documents depending on the purpose of their visit. Visa application form completely filled out Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months. The validity of 12 months is required for one year visa application. (4 x 6 cm) photograph of the applicant, taken within the past six months Evidence of adequate finance ( 20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family) Birth Certificate ("O") Certificate of Marriage or its equivalents ("O") Transcript / Letter of acceptance from the concerned schools/universities or institutes ("ED") Letter from Thailand's Board of Investment. ("IB") Official Note certifying the purpose of travel from the Government Agencies /Embassies or Honorary Consulates / International Organizations / State Enterprises inThailand. ("F" / "B" / "ED" / "M" / "R") - Letter of approval from the Ministry of Labour (To obtain this letter, the prospective employer in Thailand is required to submit Form WP3 at the Office of Foreign Workers Administration, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour Tel 02-2452745, 02-2453209 or at a Provincial Employment Office in the respective province. ("B") - Letter of invitation from companies qualified to employ foreigners. ("B") Employment contract indicating rational for employing the applicant as well as his/her salary, position and qualifications (document must be signed by authorized managing director and affixed the seal of the company) ("B") Copy of Work Permit issued by the Ministry of Labour (only in case the applicant has previously worked in the Kingdom ) ("B") Copy of corporate documents; namely 1) list of shareholders 2) business registration and business license 3) company profile 4) details of business operation 5) list of foreign workers stating names, nationalities and positions 6) map indicating the location of the company 7) Balance sheet, statement of Income Tax and Business Tax (Por Ngor Dor 50 and Por Ngor Dor 30) of the latest year 8) Alien income tax return (Por Ngor Dor 91) and 9) Value-added tax registration (Por Ngor Dor 20) , etc.("B") Copy of educational records of the applicant and letters of recommendation from the prior employers, identifying job description and length of service time. ("B") Document indicating the number of foreign tourists (for tourism business only) ,or document indicating export transactions issued by banks (for export business only)("B") a) The applicants must submit the following relevant documents depending on the purpose of their visit. b) The document to be submitted for non-immigrant visa application is contingent upon necessities and appropriateness of purposes stated in the application form. c) Consular officers reserve the rights to request additional documents as deemed necessary. d) Copies of company documents must be signed by Board of Directors and affixed the seal of the company. e) In the absence of a required document, a letter explaining the unavailability of such document must be provided. f) The applicant must sign on each page of the copy. g) Documents in foreign languages must be translated into Thai or English and properly notarized by notary                                           VISA FEE 80 CHF(Single Entry) 185 CHF (Multiple Entry.)  VALIDITY OF A VISA Single Entry and multiple-entry visas are valid for three months. Multiple Entry visas could also be valid for one year.  PERIOD OF STAY The holders of this type of visa are initially granted a period of stay in the Kingdom not exceeding 90 days unless otherwise instructed by the Office of Immigration Bureau. EXTENSION OF STAY Those qualified persons can obtain an additional one year stay permit counting from the date of entry in the Kingdom pertaining to the Office of the Immigration Bureau's regulations on extension of stay. The extension of stay is at the discretion of the Immigration officer. N.B. Applicants wishing to stay in the Kingdom longer than 90 days have to file their application either at the Thai Honorary consular mission aboard or at the Office of Immigration Bureau in Bangkok located on Soi Suan Plu off South Sathorn Road, Bangkok 10120 , Tel 02 287-3101-10 or website at http://www.immgration.go.th. The consular officer must refer the case to the Office of Immigration Bureau for approval. Upon receiving approval, the consular officer may issue the visa as instructed by the Bureau ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Nationals of certain countries are required to apply for a visa only at the Thai Embassy or Honorary Consulate-Genera/Honorary Consulate in their home/residence country or at the designated Thai Embassy. Diplomatic Visa / Official Visa Upon official request, Thai Embassies and Honorary Consulates-General may grant visas to diplomatic or official passport-holders who wish to assume duties at a foreign Diplomatic Mission or Consulate or International Organization in the Kingdom and to their family members. Supporting documents are Note Verbal and/or documents issued by the foreign government or international organization, certifying the identity of the person concerned and his/her purpose(s) while residing in the Kingdom. 5. Courtesy Visa Upon official request, Thai Embassies and Honorary Consulates-General may grant courtesy visas to diplomatic/official/ordinary passport-holders who wish to enter the Kingdom on official duty and/or other purposes. The applicant must possess instrument of means of living expenses 10,000 Bahts per person and 20,000 Bahts per family accordingly. The applicant must produce instrument of means of transport (full paid ticket) which is usable within 15 days since the date of entry. Visa on arrival is provided at 24 designated international checkpoints and applicants should produce the application form to which his/her recent photograph (2") is attached. The application fee is 1,000 Baht. The International Health Certificate must be submitted together with the visa application form. The traveler will also have to present the said certificate to the Immigration Officer upon arrival at the port of entry in the Kingdom. นอร์เวย์ โปรตุเกส สเปน สวีเดน เช็ค เอสโตเนีย ลัตเวีย ลิธัวเนีย ฮังการี มอลตา โปแลนด์ สโลวีเนีย สโลวาเกีย และสวิตเซอร์แลนด์ คุณจะสามารถพำนักอยู่ได้รวมทั้งสิ้นไม่เกิน 90 วัน ภายในระยะเวลา 6 เดือน ขอทราบรายละเอียดและยื่นคำร้องขอ Schengen Visa ได้ที่สถานทูตประเทศดังกล่าวค่ะ ทั้งนี้ การยื่นขอ Schengen Visa ควรจะต้องเป็นการขอที่สถานทูตของประเทศที่คุณจะไปพำนักอยู่นานที่สุด แต่หากไม่สามารถระบุได้ชัดเจน ก็ต้องไปขอที่สถานทูตของประเทศแรกที่จะเดินทางเข้าค่ะ ถาม: ผมถือหนังสือเดินทางราชการ กำลังจะไปประชุมที่สวิตเซฮร์แลนด์จะไปเปลี่ยนเครื่อง ที่สนามบินกรุงเอเธนส์ visa เลยใช่ไหมครับ? ตอบ : กรณีนี้ ต้องขอ Schengen Visa ก่อนค่ะ แม้ว่าคุณถือหนังสือเดินทางราชการก็ตาม ทางการกรีซแจ้งว่า ผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทางไทยทุกประเภท หากเดินทางผ่านกรีซไปประเทศ Schengen อื่น โดยกรีซเป็นประเทศแรกของ Schengen ที่เดินทางเข้า บุคคลผู้นั้นจะต้องขอ Schengen Visa ก่อนการเดินทาง ไม่ว่าประเทศ Schengen ที่เดินทางเข้าต่อจากนั้น จะมีความตกลงในการยกเว้นการตรวจตรากับไทยหรือไม่ก็ตามค่ะ ในขณะเดียวกัน หากเป็นการเดินทางผ่านกรีซเพื่อขึ้นเครื่องบินต่อไปประเทศอื่นที่ไม่ใช่ Schengen โดยไม่ออกไปนอกท่าอากาศยานกรุงเอเธนส์ ผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทางไทยทุกประเภทไม่จำเป็นต้องขอ visa เข้ากรีซก่อนการเดินทางค่ะ ประเทศ Schengen มี 25 ประเทศ : ออสเตรีย เบลเยียม เดนมาร์ก ฟินแลนด์ ฝรั่งเศส เยอรมนี ไอซ์แลนด์ อิตาลี กรีซ ลักเซมเบิร์ก เนเธอร์แลนด์ นอร์เวย์ โปรตุเกส สเปน สวีเดน เช็ค การตรวจลงตราหนังสือเดินทางทูตและราชการให้ไทยฝ่ายเดียว 4 ประเทศ ประเทศ Schengen ที่ผู้ถือหนังสือ : ฝรั่งเศส ไอซ์แลนด์ กรีซ โปรตุเกส สเปน เอสโตเนีย ทูตและราชการของไทยต้องขอรับการ ลัตเวีย ลิธัวเนีย มอลตา และสโลวีเนีย ตรวจลงตรา 10 ประเทศ ถาม: กองตรวจลงตราฯ ที่กรมการกงสุล มีหน้าที่อะไรเกี่ยวกับ visa ครับ ตอบ : หน้าที่หลักของกองตรวจลงตราฯ คือการดูแลการออก visa ของสถานเอกอัครราชทูต และสถานกงสุลของไทยในต่างประเทศสำหรับคนต่างชาติที่จะเดินทางเข้าเมืองไทยค่ะ นอกจากนี้ กองตรวจลงตราฯ ก็มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับการอนุญาตให้คนต่างชาติที่เป็นนักการทูต หรือเจ้าหน้าที่องค์การระหว่างประเทศที่พำนักอยู่ในเมืองไทย เดินทางกลับเข้าเมืองไทยได้อีก (Re-entry)หากคนต่างชาติทั่วไปที่อยู่ในเมืองไทยต้องการติดต่อเรื่อง visa ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องเปลี่ยน ประเภทvisa หรือการขอขยายเวลาการพำนักในเมืองไทย ต้องติดต่อที่สำนักงาน ต.ม.ศูนย์ราชการฯ ถนนแจ้งวัฒนะค่ะ โทรศัพท์ไปสอบถามก่อนได้ค่ะที่หมายเลข 0-2141-9889 0-2141-9900 ถึง 10 อนึ่ง กองตรวจลงตราฯ ก็สามารถให้คำแนะนำเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการขอ visaไปต่างประเทศของไทยได้ค่ะ แต่ข้อมูลในรายละเอียดจะต้องไปสอบถามจากสถานทูตของ ประเทศนั้นๆ ในเมืองไทยเพราะเป็นอำนาจของแต่ละประเทศในการออก visaให้คนต่างชาติ เข้าประเทศของเขา ถาม: ถ้าอย่างนั้น คนต่างชาติที่จะเข้ามาในเมืองไทย ก็ต้องขอ visa ก่อนใช่ไหมครับ ตอบ : ใช่แล้วค่ะ คนต่างชาติที่จะเข้ามาในเมืองไทยก็ต้องขอ visa ที่สถานทูตหรือสถานกงสุล ของไทยที่ตั้งอยู่ในประเทศนั้นๆ ก่อน แต่ก็มีหลายประเทศค่ะที่สามารถเข้าเมืองไทยได้ โดยไม่ต้องขอ visa หรือขอ visa ที่สนามบินก็ได้ สามารถตรวจสอบรายชื่อประเทศดังกล่าว ได้จาก www.consular.go.th หรือ www.mfa.go.th นะคะสถานทูตหรือสถานกงสุกิติตมศักดิ์ ของไทยมีอำนาจหน้าที่ในการออกวีซ่าให้คนต่างชาติเพื่ออนุญาตให้เดินทางมาประเทศไทยได้ อย่างไรก็ดี การอนุญาตให้เข้าประเทศไทย รวมทั้งกำหนระยะเวลาที่อนุญาตให้อยู่ใน ประเทศไทยเป็นอำนาจหน้าที่ของสำนักตรวจคนเข้าเมืองค่ะ คนต่างชบางคนท่ได้รับวีซ่า แล้วก็อาจไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้าเมือง หากเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงาน ตม. พิจารณาแล้วเห็นว่า เดินทางเข้า-ออกเมืองไทยบ่อยครั้งมากจนนับได้ว่าอยู่ในเมืองไทยมากกว่าอยู่ในสวิตเซอร์แลนด์เสียอีก แต่ตอนนี้ ทราบว่า ต.ม. มีระเบียบใหม่เกี่ยวกับระยะเวลาที่อนุญาตให้คนต่างชาติพำนักอยู่หากเข้ามาโดยไม่มีวีซ่า ใช่ไหมครับ ตอบ : ถูกต้องค่ะ เพื่อไม่ให้คนต่างชาติจำนวนหนึ่งอาศัยช่องทางในการได้รับการยกเว้น visa เดินทาง เข้าออกหลายครั้งเพื่อลักลอบทำงานในเมืองไทยอย่างผิดกฎหมาย สำนักงาน ต.ม. จึงออกมาตรการป้องกันไว้ ปัจจุบันคนต่างชาติ 42 ประเทศรวมถึงสวิตเซอร์แลนด์สามารถ เดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวโดยได้รับการยกเว้น visa(เรียกว่า ผ. 30) ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่ ต.ม. จะอนุญาตให้อยู่ได้ครั้งละไม่เกิน 30 วันแต่หากเดินทางเข้าทางด่วนชายแดนทางบก จะอนุญาตให้อยู่ครั้งละไม่เกิน 15 วัน รายชื่อประเทศทั้ง 42 ประเทศนี้ ตรวจดูได้ใน www.consular.go.th ค่ะ ในกรณีอย่างเพื่อนของคุณนี้ถ้าประสงค์จะท่องเที่ยวระยะยาวจริงๆ ขอแนะนำให้ขอ visa นักท่องเที่ยวจากสถานเอกอัครราชทูตไทยที่กรุงเบิร์นหรือสถานกงสุลกิตติมศักดิ์ที่เมืองบาเซิล ซูริค และเจนีวาก่อนที่จะเดินทางเข้าเมืองไทยเพราะจะได้รับอนุญาต ให้อยู่ได้นานกว่าการเข้ามาโดยไม่มี visa ค่ะ คือจะได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ได้ 60 วันค่ะ ถาม: อาจารย์ของผมเป็นคนสวิส เข้ามาเที่ยวเมืองไทยโดยได้รับการยกเว้น visa ได้รับอนุญาตจาก ต.ม. ให้อยู่ได้ 30 วัน สัปดาห์หน้าก็จะครบกำหนดแล้ว แต่บังเอิญว่า ท่านประสบอุบัติเหตุเล็กน้อย ต้องพักรักษาตัวอีกระยะหนึ่งก่อนจะเดินทางกลับสวิตฯได้ ทำอย่างไรดีครับ ตอบ : ขอแนะนำให้อาจารย์ของคุณขอใบรับรองแพทย์ไปแสดงกับสำนักงาน ต.ม. ที่ไหนก็ได้ค่ะ แต่ต้องดำเนินการก่อนที่จะครบ 30 วันนะคะ สำนักงาน ต.ม. จะพิจารณาอนุญาตให้อยู่ต่อได้ ตามความจำเป็นค่ะ การที่คนต่างชาติอยู่เกินกำหนด โดยที่ไม่ขออนุญาตก่อน เมื่อเดินทางออกจากเมืองไทย จะถูกปรับตามจำนวนวันที่อยู่เกินกำหนดค่ะ(ค่าปรับวันละ 500 บาทหรือรวมทั้งสิ้นไม่เกิน 20,000 บาท) ถาม: ผมทำธุรกิจส่งออก กำลังขยายกิจการ อยากจะจ้างคนสวิสไว้ช่วยทำตลาดสวิสควรทำ อย่างไรบ้างครับ ตอบ : ขอแนะนำให้ปรึกษากรมการจัดหางาน กระทรวงแรงงานก่อนค่ะ เพราะมีกฎหมายและ ระเบียบต่างๆ กำหนดไว้สำหรับการจ้างคนต่างชาติ (www.doe.go.th) สิ่งที่จำเป็นสำหรับนายจ้างก็คือการยื่นขอใบอนุญาตทำงาน (work permit หรือ ต.ท. 2) ให้คนต่างชาตินั้นๆ ขอแนะนำให้คุณยื่นขอใบอนุญาตทำงานล่วงหน้า (แบบฟอร์ม ต.ท. 3) หากกรมการจัดหางานพิจารณาแล้วเห็นควรอนุมัติ ก็จะออกหนังสือรับรองให้ ซึ่งคุณก็ สามารถส่งเอกสารที่ว่านี้และเอกสารประกอบคำร้องต่างๆที่คุณสามารถตรวจสอบได้จาก www.mfa.go.th หรือ www.consular.go.th  ให้คนต่างชาตินั้นไปยื่นขอ Non-Immigrant visa ที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตหรือสถานกงสุลกิตติมศักดิ์ของไทย ก่อนเดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยค่ะ ถาม: เพื่อนผมเป็นคนสวิสมาเที่ยวเมืองไทยแล้วติดใจครับ อยากจะอยู่ทำงานที่นี่ มีคำแนะนำไหมครับ ตอบ : ถ้าอยากจะทำงานในเมืองไทย ก็ต้องมีนายจ้างก่อนนะคะ หน่วยงานที่อนุญาตให้คนต่างชาติ ทำงานในเมืองไทยได้ก็คือกรมการจัดหางาน กระทรวงแรงงาน ส่วนเรื่องการอนุญาตให้ พำนักอยู่ในเมืองไทยเป็นอำนาจตามกฎหมายของสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง ในกรณีนี้ หากเพื่อนของคุณมีนายจ้างแล้ว ก็ควรจะกลับไปขอ visa ทำงาน (เรียกชื่อทางการว่าNon-immigrant "B" visa) จากสถานทูตหรือสถานกงสุลกิตติมศักดิ์ของไทยในสวิตฯโดยมีเอกสารรับรองต่างๆ จากนายจ้างไปแสดง หรือหากให้นายจ้างยื่นขอใบอนุญาตทำงานให้ล่วงหน้า(แบบฟอร์ม ต.ท. 3)ก็จะยิ่งทำให้ขอ visa ได้ง่ายมากขึ้นค่ะ และเมื่อเข้ามาแล้ว ก็ไปขอรับใบอนุญาตทำงาน จากนั้น ไปยื่นคำร้องขออนุญาตอยู่ต่อกับสำนักงาน ต.ม. ก่อนที่จะครบกำหนด 90 วันค่ะ ถ้าเพื่อนของคุณอยู่ต่อในเมืองไทยและทำงานโดยไม่มี visa ที่ถูกต้องและไม่มีใบอนุญาตทำงาน ถือเป็นการผิดกฎหมายนะคะอาจถูกปรับและเนรเทศกลับประเทศได้ ถาม: ผมมีแฟนเป็นคนไทย ตอนนี้อยู่ที่สวิตฯ อยากจะแต่งงานและพาเธอมาอยู่ด้วยกัน ที่เมืองไทย ต้องทำอะไรบ้างครับ ตอบ : "ได้ที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูต/สถานกงสุล ใหญ่ของไทย เมื่อได้ visa แล้ว ก็สามารถอยู่ในเมืองไทยระยะยาวได้แต่ ต้องอย่าลืมไปขอต่อ อายุการพำนักในเมืองไทยกับสำนักงานต.ม.แห่งไหนก็ได้เป็นประจำนะคะเรื่องการจด ทะเบียนสมรสระหว่างคนไทยกับคนต่างชาติ สามารถขอคำแนะนำจากกองสัญชาติและ นิติกรณ์ กรมการกงสุลได้ด้วยค่ะ ถาม: ดิฉันแต่งงานกับคนสวิส จดทะเบียนสมรสตามกฎหมายสวิสแล้ว ตอนนี้เราอยู่ด้วยกันที่เบิร์น ดิฉันเคยพาเขามาเที่ยวเมืองไทยหลายครั้งแล้ว โดยไม่ได้ใช้ visa แต่ก็อยู่ได้ไม่นาน อยากจะพาเขามาอยู่ระยะยาว ต้องทำอย่างไรบ้างคะ ตอบ : สามีของคุณสามารถยื่นขอ Non-Immigrant "O" Visa ในฐานะคู่สมรสของคนไทยได้ ที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตที่กรุงเบิร์นค่ะ ในการขอ visa นั้น ก็ต้องนำทะเบียนสมรส และหลักฐานไทยของคุณไปแสดงด้วย เมื่อสามีของคุณได้รับ visa แล้ว ก็สามารถเดินทาง เข้าเมืองไทย และจะได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ในครั้งแรกไม่เกิน 90 วัน หลังจากนั้น ก็สามารถขอ อยู่ต่อที่สำนักงาน ต.ม. แห่งไหนก็ได้ โดยจะได้รับอนุญาตครั้งละไม่เกิน 1 ปีค่ะ ถาม: ขอความกระจ่างอีกนิดหนึ่งครับ แปลว่า ถ้าคนต่างชาติเข้ามาอยู่ในเมืองไทยแล้ว สถานะเปลี่ยนไป เช่น แต่งงานกับคนไทย หรือเปลี่ยนจากนักท่องเที่ยวเป็นอย่างอื่น ต้องติดต่อเพื่อขออนุญาตกับสำนักงาน ต.ม. ใช่ไหมครับ ตอบ : ถูกต้องค่ะ ต.ม.
